Description
Iron Kiss - Richard Reeve
They stood at the side of the track together and embraced, she with tears in her eyes. He was trying to hold back his emotion as his comrades would rib him if he showed anything other than manliness at this time. The train blew it's whistle and he knew it was time to go. Looking up he saw the iron bridge, and the shape of an X. He pointed to it and whispered to her that he loved her and to remember the strength of their Iron Kiss at the station. They held their kiss for as long as they could, despite the cat-calls. Turning, he briskly climbed aboard the carriage and headed to sit down with the other lads. He turned to face her through the window and she could see his eyes glistening too. She blew him a kiss through the window and the carriage creaked to the noise of the steam locomotive as it slowly pulled away from the station.

Very cool shot Richard! Love the light and lines and abstract feel! L/F!
Richard Reeve replied:
Thank you, Meg. This is one of my favorite old bridges and I return many times. I admit to be startled by an express train when I was lining up the trusses to get this series of shots!
