Description
Believed to have been built in 1706, the dovecote in Foxton, Cambridgeshire originally housed hundreds of pigeons to feed the local gentry. The building was restored in the early 2000's from a derelict state.

Well done to them - it's amazing what can be done when a community unite and pull together! We here in Herne Bay are trying to raise funds to get our pier rebuilt, not easy! I love to hear about things like this - our heritage is so precious! :)
