If you go for a walk in the woods in Eastern Pennsylvania don't forget to look down and you may see these tiny little bright orange mushrooms growing ins clumps near the tree bases. Perhaps if you waited until nightfall you may even see something special.

Thank you, Meg. Well, I am very new to mushroom identification, but if this the "Jack o' Lantern" mushroom then it has bioluminescence.
